When I see purples I can't help but think of one word... Royalty! The richness of the hues lends itself to a sultry depth, no wonder it was the preferred color of royalty. With a mix of roses, lisianthus, stock, spider mums, snap dragons, lilies and hydrangea it was a beautiful combination of texture and dimension.

June 5th was a very special day for us here at The Blooming Idea. One of our very own Miss Rebecca married her one true love. It was an absolutely beautiful day, just fit for our stunning bride.

With the beautiful calm weather of spring almost over we are headed into the heat of summer. And when those temperature rise the colors of the season burst into full vibrance with oranges, yellows and reds. This beautiful bride opted for something non-traditional for her bridesmaids; orchid leis! It was a beautiful way to dress up these lovely girls, and really complimented their plum floor length...

Easter weekend kept us extremely busy with events everyday and a beautiful wedding on Saturday we were having the time of our lives.

Friday night at The Carlton Woods- Fazio Clubhouse they hosted their annual formal seafood buffet. With a cool color scheme of deep purples, lavender and creams we decided to add a punch of color with live goldfish! The grand buffet arrangement with phaleanopsis...
